FAQ'S

I have been in an accident, what should I do?

A: Get a copy of the police report, if the police were called.
B: Get names and addresses of persons involved and witnesses.
C: Contact your insurance company and file a report even if
you are not a fault; you may need them if you have problems
with the other carrier. Tell them you want your vehicle repaired
at Tucson Frame & Body. If they try to sway you into taking
your vehicle somewhere else for repairs after you told them you
wanted it repaired at Tucson Frame that is steering and that is illegal.

What is steering?

Steering is a term used by the insurance industry to get you to take your
vehicle to a repair facility on their preferred list, these facilities offer
discounts to the insurance companies to get work. This takes away your
freedom of choice to have your vehicle repaired by the facility of your choice.
Also the insurance company may offer a reduced deductible to sway you.
Tucson Frame will pay up to one hundred dollars (100) of your deductible.

I need a rental car?

If you are a claimant the other insurance company will furnish you with a rental
car while yours is repaired. If you are insured and have rental coverage, the
company will put in a rental car while it's repaired. Ask what your limit is on
rental coverage some companies go on a dollar figure and some on days.
Tucson Frame & Body has Hertz Rent A Car on site to make it more
     convenient for you.

Will my new car warranty stay in effect after the repairs?

Yes, if the vehicle is repaired properly and with original equipment parts.
Tucson Frame has a warranty on their repairs and the manufacturer has
a warranty on the remaining portion.
